CRED a new innovative service launched by FreeCharge founder Kunal Shah. Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited (“Dreamplug”) developed and launched CRED App on 19 April 2018. Directors are KUNAL NARESH SHAH, ROHAN SHAH NARESH and MEYER MALKA and Nominee Director is SANDEEP TANDON (also co-founded FreeCharge.in). The CRED Services help users to get big rewards on Credit Card Bill Payments via CRED App. The rewards are in form of CRED Coin which can be used on any Online Portal also, you can encash/ transfer rewards to your bank account. Is CRED App Safe?
Security: As the founder of CRED App had prior experience in handling millions of users on Freecharge, its safe to assume that the app is completely secure.
Privacy: The app has an option to allow email access for reading your statements. If you feel this is a privacy issue as you’ll have other personal emails, consider using a separate email ac for linking with Cred. Or, if you can go through your statements line by line, you may ignore the feature.
Payments: Its safe to make bill payments at-least 1 week ahead as you can’t be sure what’s coming tomorrow. Just incase if it gets delayed more than 3 biz days, get in touch with CRED. Apart from that, never worry about the money, its always safe.
How many CRED coins will I get for bill payments?
For every Rupee you pay towards your credit card bill, you will earn 1 CRED coin. For example, if you pay ₹ 10,000 to your credit card through CRED, you will get 10,000 CRED coins.
How can I redeem CRED Coins?
Easy! Access the CRED app on your mobile phone and click the “Rewards” icon on the bottom navigation bar. Here you will see all the rewards we have curated for you. Just tap on the reward you would like to claim, read through the Terms & Conditions and tap on ‘Get This’. You will be prompted to confirm, click on ‘Yes’ and its done! CRED coins will be deducted for claiming the reward.
You can access your claimed rewards anytime by clicking on ‘Claimed Rewards’ icon on top right hand corner of the screen.
Can I add someone else’s card to my CRED membership?
You can add the cards which you wish to pay in the CRED app. It can be your card or the card of your friends and family. Though when the original owner of the card also starts using the CRED app, discretion on allowing you to continue will be with CRED.

How To Delete CRED Account ?
To delete your CRED Credit Card information from the CRED App, you need to go to the Accounts Section and Click on the “Account Dissociate”. After that, all your personal details/ credit card information, bill history will be deleted from CRED App
What is the CRED GEM (Reward Coin) Program
After you create a CRED Account, you can gain/ earn CRED Coin also called as the CRED Gems. It is a new currency introduced by the CRED Credit Card Payment. It is separate from the CRED Coin. Once you refer friends/ family or any user to the CRED Community (App) you earn CRED GEMS (10 CRED GEM Coins).
