Grievance Redressal

UIDAI has set up an active grievance redressal mechanism. There are a number of channels through which people can file complaints and get them addressed. Some of these are mentioned below:

An update on your request will be provided to you through e-mail or mobile number. Complaints through this mechanism can be filed against:
